The scope of application of Pet Residence’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection is to help you understand what data Pet Residence collects about you, the purpose of that collection, and how Pet Residence uses that data.

We value your trust when using Pet Residence’s products and services and sharing your personal information with us, and therefore we commit to using your information only to provide you with the best possible services. This policy outlines the process of collecting, using, and protecting personal information applicable to the information provided by users when accessing and using accounts on the Pet Residence website.

Personal Data Processed by Pet Residence

• Full name, middle name, and birth name, other names (if any).
• Date of birth.
• Gender.
• Delivery address.
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Personal tax code (only when issuing a VAT invoice for the customer or on behalf of the customer to pay personal income tax).
• Any other information (if any) that you provide or allow us to collect, access, and store when you use services or products on the Pet Residence website/application in each specific case.
• Updated, modified, supplemented, or replacement information.
• Information about your transactions and activities, including but not limited to:
  • Purchase transactions on Pet Residence.
  • Activities linking/unlinking bank cards/accounts with linked payment units on the Pet Residence website.

This information is required when you register an account and purchase on the Pet Residence website. We use this information to serve sales, delivery, and customer care activities.

Additionally, we collect access information on the Pet Residence website, including IP addresses, browser types, languages used, times, and addresses that the browser accesses to improve service quality for you.

Information Storage Period

The information storage period complies with current legal regulations. You have the right to request us to delete the information you have agreed to provide, or you can delete the data yourself.

a. Exercising the right to access and edit personal data

If you are the owner of personal data, you have the right to check, update, and adjust your personal information by logging into your account and editing your personal information or requesting Pet Residence to do so. You commit and ensure that accessing the Pet Residence website (including viewing and editing personal data) and sending requests through the support channels listed below to view/request to edit personal data are performed by you or by a legally authorized person, following the procedures defined by Pet Residence.

In case the personal data you provide for replacement or request to edit is invalid, or in cases where the law does not allow editing, Pet Residence has the right to refuse your request to edit.

b. Withdrawing consent

Your withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of Pet Residence’s data processing based on your prior consent.

c. Request to delete, cancel personal data

You can send a request to delete, or cancel your data at any time through Pet Residence’s support channels. However, unless there are strict legal provisions prohibiting the deletion or cancellation of personal data, upon receiving the request, we will review the personal data you wish to delete, or cancel, along with information about service usage and current legal regulations concerning the products and services provided by Pet Residence that you have used.

After 72 hours of receiving your request to delete personal data, if you wish to use any service provided by Pet Residence again, you agree that you will have to provide the relevant personal information and data related to the service you wish to use as a new customer of Pet Residence. Unless otherwise specified by law or you do not fall under the cases specified in Clause 2, Article 16 of Decree 13/2023/ND-CP, Pet Residence will proceed to delete the data within 72 hours from the time of receiving your request.

Commitment to Protecting Your Personal Information

• Pet Residence is committed to absolutely protecting your personal information on the www.petresidence.vn website according to the personal information protection policy. The collection and use of personal information are only carried out with your consent, except in cases otherwise stipulated by law. Pet Residence commits to:

• Not transferring, providing, or disclosing your personal information to any third party without your permission or consent, except in cases required by law. Absolutely protecting all your online transaction information, including invoice information and digitized accounting documents, at Pet Residence’s tier 1 secure data center. The card payment system is provided by licensed payment gateway partners (“Payment Gateway Partners”) operating legally in Vietnam. Pet Residence adheres to card payment security standards following industry security standards.

Policy Changes

The content of this privacy policy may change to suit the needs of Pet Residence and feedback from you (if any). When updating the content of this policy, we will revise the “Last Updated” time above.
